I finally bought Polar V800 watch!!! I purchased it two days ago and started using it at a Gold's Gym with heart rate monitor and iPhone app this evening. In addition to long-distance walking, I did a usual weight training for 30-40 minutes, and both the watch and iPhone app displayed the status of my training, health conditions (including the balance of exercise/recovery, hence preventing overtraining and excessive fatigue), and gave advice for my next training.
