We are organizing a guided tour (admission fee is free) to Life Safety Learning Center in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, on Sunday, April 23, from 12:50 to 14:40. While the official tour guide speaks Japanese, I'm participating this tour not only as a group leader but also as an English-Japanese translator. And, of course, I'm an earth science expert in natural hazards, and so I can answer your questions on the spot.
